Controlling Genes with Epigenetics and Superfood
Scientists are discovering that we can control our genes with the new science of epigenetics. Identical twins have the same genes, but one twin sometimes gets a disease and the other twin doesn’t. Scientists say this is because of epigenes and our lifestyles, including what we eat.
